Refund policy

Each piece is handmade to order with care, so please take a moment to check your size and details before purchasing.

If your ring doesn’t fit, you’re welcome to exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Simply return it in its original packaging, and once received, I’ll resize or replace it with your new size.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days at jess@hello-wm.co.uk, and I’ll repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Bespoke or personalised pieces are non-refundable once work has begun. I’ll always confirm design details before starting to ensure everything is perfect for you.
