Almost all of my pieces are handmade in my Cotswolds studio using recycled sterling silver and gold filled materials. Each item is crafted individually, so small variations make every piece unique.

The only exception is my chains, which are purchased ready made from trusted UK suppliers, as I don’t currently have the specialist equipment needed to make them by hand.

I use solid sterling silver and gold filled wire. Gold filled jewellery has a thick layer of real gold that’s permanently bonded to a base metal, making it far more durable than gold plating and made to last.

Sterling silver naturally reacts to air and moisture, so it can dull a little if left unworn. The best way to keep it bright is to wear it often. If it does lose its shine, just give it a gentle polish with a soft jewellery cloth to bring it back to life.

Rings are available in UK sizes K, M, N, O, and R, which cover most UK finger sizes.

Bangles come in Small (6 cm), Medium (6.5 cm), and Large (7 cm) inner diameters.

We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different ring size if the item is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm your new size and send out a replacement.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days at jess@hello-wm.co.uk, and I’ll repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Yes all pieces come with a one-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. The gold will not fade or tarnish, and if you ever have an issue, I’ll be happy to help.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and I accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
