I’m Jess, a jewellery maker based in Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds. What began as a hobby at my kitchen table has grown into my full-time passion, now run from my small home workshop.
The name WM comes from my daughters initials, Winnie and Maisie. The idea began on a family trip through Sri Lanka, where I visited a stunning jewellery shop and became fascinated by the craft. When home, I enrolled at Central Saint Martins in London, where I learned to make jewellery by hand using precious materials.
I create simple, timeless pieces designed to mix, match, and stack so you can wear them your way. Each piece is made by me, and no two are ever quite the same.
I work with sterling silver and gold filled wire. Gold filled is the highest quality available short of solid gold, with a thick layer of real gold around one hundred times thicker than standard plating and ten times thicker than gold vermeil. This gives it a lasting shine and warmth that endures for decades. With a little love and care, gold filled jewellery can last thirty years or more, offering a beautiful golden glow without the solid gold price tag.
I hope you find something you love,
Jess xxx
